For your Convenience Patriot Harley Davidson's Service Department works by Appointment Only.
When scheduling your appointment please remember that we will need your bike for entire day of the scheduled appointment. You can drop off the day before but should plan to pick-up the next business day. As always, we will notify you when your bike is completed and ready to be picked-up.
If you would rather wait for your service to be completed we offer wait service on Saturdays. You can schedule one of three convenient time slots - 9am; 12 noon or 3pm You can wait here at the dealership and do some shopping, check out the new bikes or just met some new people. The Uptown Café is right next door so you can go get something to eat.

All of our technicians follow a continuing education program, which means that all of them are completely up to date with the latest developments for your particular model.

Sound good? There’s plenty more: since all of our service work is done by appointment, we can set reliable completion dates for most repairs. Even though it’s a seasonal business, and we get very busy during the summer months, our goal is to get you an appointment for your scheduled maintenance or tire change within 5 business days or less. With easy scheduling, it’s a snap to get your bike serviced at Patriot.
Then there’s our bike pick up and delivery service. If you’re too busy, if the weather’s too unpredictable, don’t neglect your bike. We have a motorcycle-specific trailer, so we can pick up your bike, take care of its needs, and drop it off back home, safe and sound. This service is a lot cheaper than a tow truck – and safer, since we know how to move motorcycles.
