Not every Pre-Owned Harley-Davidson can meet our rigorous standards or pass our comprehensive inspection process. We know of no other Motorcycle Inspection process as thorough as the Patriot Certified Pre-Owned Inspection and the Certified Pre-Owned title is only given to those Harleys that have passed our exacting standards. We perform all outstanding recalls, do the next major service, road test the motorcycle before and after servicing as well as performing our proprietary 98 step inspection process. While we have performed a rigorous inspection process to make sure that your Harley is in excellent condition some things are not predictable and that is what the Satisfaction Guarantee and the Warranty are for.
30 day satisfaction Guarantee: If within 30 days and before you have put 500 miles on the motorcycle, you decide that the Patriot Certified Pre-Owned Motorcycle you purchased is not the best bike for you, you may exchange it for any other motorcycle on our floor: Certified Pre-Owned, Regular Pre-Owned, or New. You will receive credit for the price paid for your Certified Pre-Owned motorcycle that will be applied to your next motorcycle. Processing and/or prep fees, taxes or any cancellation fees for products purchased or accessories for the Patriot Certified Pre-Owned motorcycle or damage you may have caused to the motorcycle will be your responsibility.
Offer is good for 30 days from original date of purchase. If you exchange your Patriot Certified Pre-Owned Motorcycle for another Certified Pre-Owned model, the offer is still limited to 30 days from the original purchase date.
6 Month/6,000 Mile Limited Powertrain Warranty Every Patriot Certified Pre-Owned Motorcycle comes with a limited Powertrain warranty that for 6,000 miles or 6 months (whichever comes first) will cover some of the most important components of the motorcycle.
Only Listed items are covered by this limited Powertrain warranty and only available at Patriot Harley-Davidson, Inc.
Recommended maintenance should be performed by Patriot Harley-Davidson, Inc. or another qualified facility. Failure to perform this maintenance may affect the coverage of this, or any other warranty or service plan.
If a failure occurs Patriot Harley-Davidson Inc will repair the motorcycle. At our discretion we will repair or replace the faulty component.
Components NOT covered include: All items subject to normal wear and tear (including, but not limited to: tires, brake pads, clutch plates, belt, and batteries) Items/accessories installed after purchase Towing, inconvenience, loss of time and loss of use Cosmetic items, wheels, and cut & sew sheet metal Items not listed in covered components
